We will go into the subject of a Christian stronghold in much greater detail in Book 6, but we find in the chart below further contextualization of the spiritual sacrifices, the offerings and the five-fold ministry.

These are all vital to link the establishment and development of Churches together.

`…you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.’

1 Peter 2:5.

..to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship

…Romans 12:1

“and do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”

Hebrews 13:16

“Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise – the fruit of lips that confess His Name.”

Hebrews 13:15

…. who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God,……………..

Hebrews 9:14

…, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.

1 John 1:7.

But your hearts are full of sorrow because I have said these things.

But what I am saying is true: my going is for your good: for if I do not go away,

the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.

And he, when he comes, will make the world conscious of sin, and of righteousness,

and of being judged:

Of sin, because they have not faith in me;

Of righteousness, because I go to the Father and you will see me no more;

Of being judged, because the ruler of this world has been judged.

JOHN 16:7 – 11. Bible in Basic English]

ROMANS 2:4b. N.I.V.

The reason we can call this the Glorious Church is shown in the following scriptures, and it cannot be over-emphasized: –

Ephesians 4:11 -16

11 And he gave some as Apostles, and some, prophets; and some, preachers of the good news; and some to give care and teaching;

[Authors note – pastor and teacher are from two different Greek words —

pastor’ is Strong’s 4166 poimhn poimen poy-mane’

and ‘teacher’ is Strong’s 1320 didaskaloj didaskalos did-as’-kal-os

and therefore are two different ministries and offices.]

12 For the training of the saints as servants in the church, for the building up of the body of Christ:

13 Till we all come to the harmony of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to full growth, to the full measure of Christ:

14 So that we may be no longer children, sent this way and that, turned about by every wind of teaching, by the twisting and tricks of men, by the deceits of error;

15 But saying true words in love, may come to full growth in him, who is the head, even Christ;

16 Through whom all the body, being rightly formed and united together, by the full working of every part, is increased to the building up of itself in love.

Ephesians 4:11 – 16 [Bible in Basic English]

Please note verse 13 in particular which states that if we do the five-fold ministry we will become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ,

and if that is the situation how can the Church that is set up in this way be anything but the Glorious Church?

The numbers in the general body of all Books 1 through 12 have significance as well, as we can see from the comments below.

Wherever the numbers below are found in the Bible, they are found to have the given contextual meaning.

Multiples of numbers enhance the meaning by the equivalent of the multiple, and meaning of the original number.

To contextualize the above we need to take note of the following in the scriptures:

1 = beginning, source.

2 = witness, testimony

3 = Godhead, wholeness

4 = earth, world, 4 corners, 4 winds, 4 seasons

6 = against man/men, satan

5 = grace, offerings, ministry.

7 = divine perfection, completeness.

8 = Resurrection, new beginnings

9 = Finality, Fullness, time from conception to birth, what God gives.

10 = law order, government, Ten Commandments, human responsibility.

11 = Incompleteness, destruction.

12 = Divine government, 12 apostles, administration.

In God’s kingdom it is never about status; but always about function and responsibility.

Believers — ‘Ecclesia’ — the called out ones [from the world].

This applies to everybody in the Body of Christ, no matter what functions they may have, and this aspect remains eternally, which means that even if one has a world-wide ministry, we must never forget that one is just a believer with other believers, and one fellowships with other believers on that basis, and ministry is part of our function and responsibility not about status.

*Books 1 through 12 in this series, and in particular 3 through 7, are individual explanations of the areas of their concern, based on research into those areas since 1989. Revelation from the Holy Spirit was and is crucial to the impact and grasp of the implications of each section now and into the future..

Jesus said: –

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Anyone who breaks the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Matthew 5:17 – 20.

The local Church needs to meet on church ground – that is wherever the Church meets, wherever the Body of Christ manifests, and to build a stronghold – everything that the Body of Christ stands for; to help with –

`The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.

[1 John 3:8b]

What is the responsibility of the brethren?

Each brother or sister must not only bear the responsibility of the local meeting/cell group, but also consider all the brothers and sisters who are in Christian fellowship throughout the earth.

….., to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ – their Lord and ours: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:2, 3, Also 1 Thessalonians 1:6, 7, 2:14.

Churches established by a person, individually, from the four ministries of Prophet, Pastor, Evangelist and Teacher, only, will mean that the world will be seen through that individual’s shade of spectacles. Believers will get only one-fourth of the picture.

The Lord ensured that the author of this book SING TO THE LORD A NEW SONG was led, step-by-step, to find clear definitions and explanations, from the Scriptures, of how the five-fold ministry was made up and expressed. He took me outside of my own shade of spectacles, and would not let me put my own emphasis on matters.

e.g. see meaning of Biblical numbers, see below.

He has done this consistently since 1989.

1Corinthians 3:11 [New International Version]

For no-one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.

This is a type of the Apostle with regard to the covenant meeting].

Full detail for this, and all five-fold ministry detail, can be found in Books 3 through 7 of this series.

Ephesians 2:20 [New International Version]

built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

Prophetic ministry, together the Apostle, with regard to the prayer meeting.

—* and is mainly to the backsliders.

Evangelistic ministry, with regard to the Good News meeting.

—* and is mainly to the lost

The pattern is given in the following scriptures.

Ephesians 4:11 [New International Version]

It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers,

12 to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up

13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.

15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.

16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

James/Prophet: [as described in Books 3 through 7 of this series with regard to the Prayer meeting*].

Peter/Evangelist: [as described Book 3 through 7 of this series with regard to the Good News meeting*].

John/Teacher: [as described in Book 3 through 7 of this series with regard to the Bible Study meeting*]]

Matthew 10:2 [New International Version]

These are the names of the twelve apostles: first, Simon (who is called Peter) and his brother Andrew; James son of Zebedee, and his brother John;

3 Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James son of Alpheus, and Thaddeus; 4 Simon the Zealot and Judas Iscariot,

3 sets of 4 Ministries — PROPHET, EVANGELIST, PASTOR, TEACHER. [as described in Book 3 through 7 of this series]

The leadership core stage provides a group to own, and oversee, the vision. This core stage consists of 12 leaders chosen because of their potential for their obedience to the Lord, not because of their learning, or their apparent ability. They are the basic community for preparing future leaders. The Pastor provides for stability at this stage. The first set of Elders can be drawn from this group as well.

Luke 10:1 [New International Version]

After this the Lord appointed seventy-two {Some manuscripts seventy; also in verse 17} others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go.

The support network stage gathers together those who will implement the vision. Jesus equipped and trained His core group, and an extended family network over a period of about 3 years, and who were often deployed 2 or by 3 at a time. These are made up of multiples of the prophet, pastor, evangelist and teacher ministries depending on the need of the situation.

Acts 2:1 [New International Version]

1 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.

2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.

3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.

4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues {Or languages; also in verse 11} as the Spirit enabled them.

The base congregation forms the unit where power for ministry and multiplication can happen. The upper room experience! The structure as shown in Books 1 through 12 in this series is a vital element in preparing the congregation to be able to give full expression to the power they will receive from the Holy Spirit. Good vegetation can only be grown in fertile, well prepared ground. This is the point at which the established cell groups can begin setting themselves up as above to start making other congregations. The result will be as these verses below describe.

*Acts 2:41 [New International Version]

Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.

42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

43 Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles.

44 All the believers were together and had everything in common.

Acts 4:4 [New International Version]

But many who heard the message believed, and the number of men grew to about five thousand.

They then represent the resurrected Christ in His new spiritual body the Church, harmonized into the multiplication of cells, congregations and churches in “Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth” as described in Books 1 through 12 of this series, which complete the information needed for the foundation of the Glorious Church. The church expands the vision; the cycle continues until all who will have been called into the Kingdom of God.

So that there might be no division in the body; but all the parts might have the same care for one another.

And if there is pain in one part of the body, all the parts will be feeling it; or if one part is

honored, all the parts will be glad.

Now you are the body of Christ, and every one of you the separate parts of it.

1 Corinthians 12:25 – 27 [Bible in Basic English]

A need exists for the Body of Christ to come together corporately; and this would manifest itself as the number of cell groups, fellowships, local church groups grows, and is established in a biblical pattern, [see Book 3 for details]; and when these are implemented, they then becomes the seed of the Glorious Church, and how that happens is shown below.

Ephesians 4:25 [New International Version]

…just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her

26 to make her holy, cleansing [Or having cleansed] her by the washing with water through the word,

27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

The only way to meet as a congregation in this format is a Celebration service on the Lord’s day,

whose sole purpose for getting together is for us to ‘worship God’.

Nothing else!!!

The Holy Spirit can then take full charge of a meeting like that to bring glory to God.

If one looks at video tapes of crusades around the world that are conducted with this format there is always a massive move of the Spirit of God, with wonderful things happening.

All other activity takes place in the cell groups as outlined in Book 3.

It is also understood that the ideal ways of meeting given in Book 3 need to be built towards on a daily basis, moving nearer and nearer to the ideal, as time goes on.

The Celebration service helps to arrive at the upper room experience where 120 believers were gathered together; and to see how this group came to be, we need to look at –

Jesus’ pattern for cell and church growth structure

As outlined in

[Reshaping the Church for the 21st Century]

The following is adapted from, and with acknowledgment to the considerable excellent and penetrating detail in his book in which he arrived at conclusions of how Jesus established His Church, through considerable research.

It is highly recommended that the reader avail themselves of a copy.

However, his book does not deal with the five-fold ministry in detail. He mentions it only twice near the beginning of his book.

It is impossible to establish the end-time Glorious Church ‘without spot or wrinkle’; without establishing the five-fold ministry as declared in Ephesians 4:11 – 16.

The Scriptures clearly explain that if we do the five-fold ministry, as described, we will become ‘like’ Jesus. We will not be Him, but we will be ‘like’ Him. What a wonderful prospect!!!

The way to keep our anointing jar filled is to be part of the on-going life of the Church as the chart shows below. The Holy Spirit and Jesus enable the Father’s Will in us. The relationship of the meetings, gifts and ministries are shown in the chart. What matches with what, where and when and how?

[Book 6 of this series further comments on the role of the Priesthood.]

Genesis 14:18

And Melchizedek, king of Salem, the priest of the Most High God, took bread and wine,

Psalm 110:4

The Lord has made an oath, and will not take it back. You are a priest forever, after the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 5:6

As he says in another place, You are a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 5:10

Being named by God a high priest of the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 6:20

Where Jesus has gone before us, as a high priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 7:1

For this Melchizedek, the king of Salem, a priest of the Most High God, who gave Abraham his blessing, meeting him when he came back after putting the kings to death,

Hebrews 7:10

Because he was still in his father’s body when Melchizedek came to him.

Hebrews 7:11

Now if it was possible for things to be made complete through the priests of the house of Levi for the law was given to the people in connection with them, what need was there for another priest who was of the order of Melchizedek and not of the order of Aaron?

Hebrews 7:15

And this is even more clear if a second priest has come up who is like Melchizedek,

Hebrews 7:17

For it has been witnessed of him, You are a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

Revelation 1:5

And from Jesus Christ, the true witness, the first to come back from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who had love for

us and has made us clean from our sins by his blood;

Revelation 1:6

And has made us to be a kingdom and priests to his God and Father; to him let glory and power be given for ever and ever. So be it.

Revelation 1:7

See, he comes with the clouds, and every eye will see him, and those by whom he was wounded; and all the tribes of the earth will be

sorrowing because of him. Yes, so be it.

Revelation 1:8

I am the First and the Last, says the Lord God who is and was and is to come, the Ruler of all.

[Bible in Basic English]

Is the way God runs His Godhead, and His universe, so can we be any different?

– Thus a fellowship/local churches/cell group will be a group of believers meeting on a sustained basis in biblical order to achieve the objectives of the Holy Bible; in a clearly defined geographical area.

And while they were doing the Lord’s work, and going without food, the Holy Spirit said, Let Barnabas and Saul be given to me for the special work for which they have been marked out by me.

Acts 13:2 [Bible in Basic English]

– A ministry will be a `work’ as defined above, a `special messenger’ having a specific task given by the Lord to build up the `local church/fellowship/cell group’ and will be required to `fellowship’ with that local church/fellowship/cell group in order to receive funding from the Trust.

– There is to be no sharing of funds for a `recognized’ Five-fold ministry; unless such `minister’ be seen to be attending an established `fellowship/local church/cell group’, because the purpose of ministry is the extension of God’s Kingdom and therefore has to be an intimate part of God’s Kingdom, and that the `minister’ has an ongoing relationship with a `local fellowship/local church/cell group, and is attending on a continuous basis as a `believer’. They are also to be seen to be involved in the multi-level activities of the day-to-day operation of church life; in terms of their area of function of ministry.

There has to be networking at every level in the body: –

– Believers need to be able to get to know one another throughout the Church at….

– Believers need to devote themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer; they broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of the people.

– Believers need to begin to aspire to the ideal of `All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need.’

– Believers need to move to the ideal of `every day they continued to meet in the `temple courts’- the 5 Church meetings.

– Believers moving in this way will mean `And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.

Deacons need to move as the Scriptures have laid down for their activities.

Deacons need to take care of the day-to-day activities of church functioning; and to do this they are to act as the `conveners’ of the cell groups/fellowships/local churches.

– Elders need to be able to get to know one another throughout the Church at……….

– Elders need to be in constant inter-action with believers and the people involved in the Work; the five-fold ministry, etc.

– Workers/Five-fold need to be able to get to know one another throughout the Church at……….

– Workers/Five-fold need to flow in unity with each other and the Elders.

– Workers/Five-fold, individually, need to be associated with a local fellowship/local church/cell group simply as a believer.

– Workers/Five-fold need to get on with the appointed task of establishing local churches/fellowships/cell groups, to constantly extend the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ.

In order to fund these activities on a scriptural basis to fulfill the role of a Deacon as given in Acts 5:1 – 4; all incoming monies to go into a central fund e.g.: –

Funds will be disbursed in terms of Trust deed clauses: –

7.2 The trustees shall be exempted from any further responsibility concerning any part of the trust capital or trust income, which is conveyed to any beneficiary and shall be exempted from all further duties at the termination of the trust.

13.1The funds held by the trustees shall be utilized to benefit any person, persons, group of persons, Trust or legal person that falls within the objects set out in clause 3.11

[A function in the local church/cell group]

Deacons form the focus for the ministry of ‘helps’ in the Church.

`In those days when the number of disciples was increasing, the Grecian Jews among them complained against those of the Aramaic- speaking community because their widows were being overlooked in the distribution of food. So the Twelve gathered all the disciples together and said, “It would not be right for us to neglect the ministry of the word of God in order to wait on tables. Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.

This proposal pleased the whole group. They chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit; also Philip, Procurus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolas from Antioch, a convert to Judaism. They presented these men to the apostles, who prayed and laid their hands on them.

So the word of God spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly, and a large number of priests became obedient to the faith.

Now Stephen, a man full of God’s grace and power, did great wonders and miraculous signs among the people.

Acts 6:1 – 8.

So the Work of deacons can be found wherever `help’ is needed and the following are just some examples: –

*** The management of Church finance.

*** The management of the Church administration, office & records.

*** The management of correspondence and documents.

*** The management of everything connected with food.

*** The management of relief of all kinds, for instance, to flood and fire victims, assistance in needy homes, distribution of relief to the unbelieving poor, the establishment of gainful employment, etc, etc.

*** The management of all transport and arrangements, for instance, for the sending off & meeting those brothers and sisters who travel from one place to another as they minister. The deacons also arrange accommodation for them.

*** The management of assistance to, and in, needy homes.

*** The management & preparation and cleaning up of meeting places – arriving early enough, and staying late enough to do so!

*** In fact anything and everything that constitutes `HELP’.

Management/manage here is used in terms of its true meaning [organize, administrate efficiently] and has nothing to do with `status’ as the scripture says below.

`The greatest among you will be your servant.’

Matthew 23:11.

In order to give practical effect to the `DEACON’ ministry, the following `operational manifesto’ is an example [not an instruction] of how this can be done.

Also, the `central trust’ can be any `trust’ formed to perform this `deacon’ function; and the trust below is this function in `seed form’. I like the idea of establishing a trust for the registering of a local Church as it very in keeping with the whole 5-fold ministry concept.

And all those who were of the faith kept together, and had all things in common;

And all those who were of the faith were one in heart and soul: and not one of them said that any of the things which he had was his property only; but they had all things in common.

Now in those days, when the number of the disciples was increasing, protests were made by the Greek Jews against the Hebrews, because their widows were not taken care of in the distribution of food every day.

And the Apostles sent for all the disciples and said, It is not right for us to give up preaching the word of God in order to make distribution of food.

Take then from among you seven men of good name, full of the Spirit and of wisdom, to whom we may give control of this business.

Then we will give all our time to prayer and the teaching of the word.

And this saying was pleasing to all of them: and they made selection of Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit, and Philip and Prochorus and Nicanor and Timon and Parmenas and Nicolas of Antioch, who had become a Jew:

These they took to the Apostles, who, after prayer, put their hands on them.

Acts 2:44, 4:32, 6:1 – 3. [Bible in Basic English]

For you see the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, how though he had wealth, he became poor on your account, so that through his need you might have wealth.

For if there is a ready mind, a man will have God’s approval in the measure of what he has, and not of what he has not.

And I am not saying this so that others may get off free, while the weight comes on you:

But so that things may be equal; that from those things of which you have more than enough at the present time their need may be helped,

and that if you are in any need they may be a help to you in the same way, making things equal.

As it says in the Writings, He who had taken up much had nothing over and he who had little had enough.

And when it was measured, he who had taken up much had nothing over, and he who had little had enough; every man had taken what he was able to make use of. As it is said in the Writings, He has sent out far and wide, he has given to the poor; his righteousness is for ever.

He has given with open hands to the poor; his righteousness is for ever; his horn will be lifted up with honour.

But in the Writings it says, He who puts in only a small number of seeds, will get in the same; and he who puts them in from a full hand, will have produce in full measure from them.

Let every man do after the purpose of his heart; not giving with grief, or by force: for God takes pleasure in a ready giver.

And God is able to give you all grace in full measure; so that ever having enough of all things, you may be full of every good work:

As it is said in the Writings, He has sent out far and wide, he has given to the poor; his righteousness is for ever.

And he who gives seed for putting into the field and bread for food, will take care of the growth of your seed, at the same time increasing the fruits of your righteousness;

Your wealth being increased in everything, with a simple mind, causing praise to God through us.

For this work of giving not only takes care of the needs of the saints, but is the cause of much praise to God;

For when, through this work of giving, they see what you are, they give glory to God for the way in which you have given yourselves to the good news of Christ, and for the wealth of your giving to them and to all;

While their hearts go out to you in love and in prayer for you, because of the great grace of God which is in you.

Praise be to God for what he has given, which words have no power to say.

2 Corinthians 8:9, 12 – 15, Exodus 16:18, 2 Corinthians 9:8 – 15, Psalm 112:9, [Bible in Basic English]

Let it be noted that the above is to be worked out, and clearly demonstrated in the life of the Church, and church structures, and has to be seen to be successful there, and as a result there will be a demand from the believers to enjoy the blessings flowing from living in `God’s order’.

Trust deed clauses to give effect to above scriptures.

Let it be noted here that the final clause in Trust deed [we use] reads as follows: –

It is declared irrevocably and without exception whatsoever that the Trust constituting the Institute Trust and all its participants, affiliates, subsidiaries and bodies created to fulfill its objectives, and all the provisions of the Trust Deed in whatever form be subject to the Word of God as declared in the Amplified Bible.

The objects of this Trust shall be:

3.1 The promotion and extension of the Kingdom of God based on the word of God.

3.2 The equipping and training of the Body of Christ until brought to maturity in the fullness and stature of the Lord Jesus Christ, as set out in [Ephesians 4:11 Amplified Bible].

3.3 To continue the functions of the organization known as ‘The Institute Trust’

Is not this the holy day for which I have given orders: to let loose those who have wrongly been made prisoners, to undo the bands of the yoke, and to let the crushed go free, and every yoke be broken?

[Isaiah 58:6 Bible in Basic English]

The sinner is a child of the Evil One; for the Evil One has been a sinner from the first. And the Son of God was seen on earth so that he might put an end to the works of the Evil One.

[1 John 3:8 Bible in Basic English]

3:4 For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against authorities and powers, against the world-rulers of this dark night, against the spirits of evil in the heavens.

[Ephesians 6:12 Bible in Basic English].

3:5 Ministries are to continue the functions of the organization known as the Institute Trust

3:6 At least 75% of the net revenue of the trust will be expended in the furtherance of its objects within a period of twelve months from the end of the financial year during which it accrued, provided that where funds are to be accumulated for a specific capital project, the permission of the Receiver of Revenue (to which the trust submits its annual income tax returns) should be obtained.

But keep in mind the Lord your God: for it is he who gives you the power to get wealth, so that he may give effect to the agreement which he made by his oath with your fathers, as at this day.

Deuteronomy 8:18 [Bible in Basic English]

*** To give effect in particular to 3:6 `75% of net revenue from tithes and offerings of the trust’ will have to be had in `common’ and divided equally between all `fellowships and accredited Five fold ministries’ of the Church at Durban who are affiliated to the Institute Trust and thus share everything in `common’, except where such income exceeds R5000.00c in one given amount; these monies will be placed in an `umbrella’ account to be used for the `common good’ on an equal basis, on recommendations by the Trustees, Five fold ministries, Elders and Deacons with the final disbursement resting with the Trustee.

This will of course apply to all `Church’s at ……’ as defined in the scriptures in the Amplified Bible who are affiliated with the Institute Trust.

*** Obviously the balance of `25% of net revenue of the trust’ will also be had in `common’ to administrate the Trust and to provide for needs held in `common’. ***

*** Thus 100% of the `revenue of the trust’ will be held in `common’. The daily operations of the Institute Trust are clearly spelt out in the clauses of the Trust deed. ***

*** Fellowships/local churches/cell groups and Five fold ministers/ministries are defined as being part of a `local’ church, made up of the believers/saints in a given area, part of the Body of Jesus Christ [the Universal Church], `a company of Christians, having eternal salvation through Jesus Christ, applying the first and second commandments in the Holy Bible, guided by the Holy Spirit in ministering to God and man, and following the scriptural guidelines in the Bible for order in the Christian community. Those who are anywhere on Earth, who are part of, and in unity with the Body of the Lord Jesus Christ.

But if we are walking in the light, as he is in the light, we are all united with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son makes us clean from all sin.

And let us be moving one another at all times to love and good works;

Not giving up our meetings, as is the way of some, but keeping one another strong in faith; and all the more because you see the day coming near.

By this it will be clear to all men that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another.
